He will be doing two sets of 45mins each during which we will be serving a 3-course dinner during the show
Pre-drinks outside from 18:00 with the show starting at 19:30 inside
1st COURSE / SET
A sharing plate of snacks, homemade breads, spreads, artisanal cheese and charcuterie to whet the appetite.
2nd COURSE / SET
This followed by our famous 30 days matured 250g Chalmar Sirloin with Café de Paris butter, duck fat roasted potatoes, Baby gem, truffle and parmesan salad.
3rd COURSE
For dessert, we’ll be serving freshly fried Churros with roasted white chocolate dipping sauce to satisfy your sweet tooth.
